Warranty Duration for Ex Demo and New Units are specified on each listing, please note warrant duration. Please note Battery, Adapters & Software Issues are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Cover Includes: Hardware Defects such as Motherboard, speaker, display issue (excludes physical damage), malfunction of keyboard (excludes removal of keys). Water damage or Physical abuse to equipment will instantly void manufacturer and NZ PC Clearance Warranty.

Factory Warranty By Manufacturer are direct warranty from manufacturer, any warranty from manufacturer can be lodged directly with manufacturers service center. NZ PC Clearance is not authorized to repair equipment that are still under manufacturers warranty.

Ex Lease Equipment warranty will be dealt by NZ PC Clearance Technicians.

Please note any data lost during warranty repairs is not the responsibility of NZ PC Clearance. Please ensure you always have a back up of important data. In the case of hard drive failure NZ PC Clearance will not take any responsibility for lost data.


All Prices are Inclusive of GST, there are no hidden charges. Price you see on the item is what the customer will be charged.

Please ensure you read the specification listed for the product you are purchasing. Description on the products details may not necessarily mean it is the specification of the product you are purchasing, the “specification” is the specific configuration of the product you are purchasing.

Videos on product page are not for the specific product, it may be a brand representation or a higher spec product may be shown for marketing purpose. Please double check with us if you are specifically after the product on video or on product description.

Software Installed:

Please note all software installed are loaded as a FREE value added service to our customers. Software are not covered under warranty. Any software issues will be a user created issue. We ensure all laptops and PC’s are installed with software stated on the listing before dispatch.

In Home Set Up and Install Upgrade:

Services include, on site delivery and setup. Anti Virus Protection. Device Connection (printers, modems, media players etc). Home/Office Network setup. Data transfer from old device to new device. Email transfer and setup.

1st Hour and Travel is Included in the upgrade purchase, additional hourly rate is $85 charged on site at 15 min blocks.


Delivery Address and Contact Details:

When placing an order with NZ PC Clearance Ltd, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. However, in certain cases we are unable to ship to a PO Box. In these instances, we will notify you if we are unable to deliver it to the address.

To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and mobile phone numbers. Please note that an authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested. If a customer is not at the address at the time of delivery, customer is responsible for follow up and possible re-shipping costs.

New Zealand Deliveries (3-7 business days)

Delivery Lead Time : Fast NZ Wide Delivery for delivery to major cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 2-5 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 2-3 days. We will ensure items ordered are shipped out from our Warehouse within 48 Business Hours from the time of order. If any delays are encountered we will promptly advise customer of this. If we are not able to ship items within 4 working days from our Warehouse, customer can request for a full refund.

Proof of Delivery

Should you require a proof of delivery at any time , please contact us and we will send you a copy.

Delivery Carriers

– For New Zealand-wide deliveries we use COURIER POST (NZ POST SUBSIDIARY). All orders are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. Customer will receive a tracking reference as soon as an order has been picked up by courier to track their purchase.

Excellent Service and Fast Delivery Guarantee

After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the full details of your order. NZ PC Clearance Ltd staff will process your order as soon as possible.


Please note all upgrades are subject to availability, in the occasion of an upgrade not being available NZ PC Clearance Ltd will refund the specific upgrade amount paid by the customer, this does not allow customer to refuse to complete purchase. NZ PC Clearance Ltd provides upgrades as a value added service to customers.

In the case of a return due to change of mind, upgrade charges are non refundable as upgrades are customer specific.

Non-Defective Goods Fee

For warranty claims on faulty goods, if we receive a product that is found to be non-faulty, a $50 non-fault fee will be payable or Non-Defective Items Policy may apply, whichever is greater. The customer will have to pay for the shipping cost before the non-faulty item is returned to the customer.

Shipping Charges on Returned Items:

Shipping charges on returned items are the customers responsibility, NZ PC Clearance Ltd will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange items. NZ PC Clearance Ltd will not pay for shipping for non-faulty or non-defective items and the customer will pay and organize courier pick-up or other means of return delivery.

NZ PC Clearance Ltd will only cover the shipping cost of the returned item if the wrong item was sent to the customer.

Defective Goods Policy

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to NZ PC Clearance Ltd within 30 days from the invoice date, at NZ PC Clearance Ltd discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping and handling charges.

Non-Defective Goods Returns Policy

Although NZ PC Clearance Ltd is not liable to provide refund or credit note if the customer simply changes their mind or the customer finds the goods cheaper elsewhere, we will accept returns within 7 days from the invoice date conditions apply. Restocking fees is applicable to all change of mind returns.

All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee this is to recover labor, bank charges, shipping charges and admin time spent to process goods. Original shipping charges are NOT refunded on returned items.

NZ PC Clearance Ltd reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 7 days from the invoice date.

Products Returned Within 7 Days Requirements

Licensed Products such as Anti Virus, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365 are not returnable in any case.

All products returned MUST be in the same condition as received, 100 percent complete with accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit. NZ PC Clearance Ltd reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed as not in as new condition.
